Terms of Service

1. Scope

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Nuptria, a wedding-planning software operated by Byteweb OÜ ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using Nuptria, you agree to these Terms.

2. The service

Nuptria is a web application that helps couples plan their wedding — including guest lists, RSVPs, budget, seating, timeline, and tasks.

3. Accounts

A Nuptria account belongs to one wedding and can be shared by up to two people (for example, both partners). You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for notifying us of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Pricing & plans

Nuptria offers a Free plan (up to 1 event and 20 guests) and Premium, a one-time purchase of €9.90 that unlocks unlimited events and guests. The first 100 Premium purchases are offered at an early-bird price of €4.90. The price that applies to you is shown before you pay.

5. Payment, lifetime access, refunds & withdrawal

Premium is paid once through our payment provider, Stripe. It is not a subscription and nothing renews. “Lifetime” means Premium stays unlocked for your Nuptria workspace for as long as the workspace exists and we operate the service; it can't be transferred to another workspace. Your receipts are available under Plan & billing.

As an EU consumer, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. At checkout, you expressly ask for Premium to be unlocked immediately and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal ends once it is unlocked. Regardless of that, if you ask us at hello@nuptria.com within 14 days of your purchase, we'll refund it in full; Premium is then removed from your workspace.

6. Your content

Any information you enter into Nuptria — guest lists, notes, budget data, and similar — remains yours. You're responsible for having the right to process your guests' data (e.g. name, email, dietary/allergy information) in Nuptria, and for informing your guests accordingly; see section 5 of our Privacy Policy.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Nuptria for unlawful purposes, to distribute malware, to misuse the RSVP or invite features to send spam, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or our systems.

8. Intellectual property

The Nuptria brand, software, and design are the property of Byteweb OÜ. These Terms don't grant you any rights to our brand, source code, or design, other than the right to use the service in accordance with these Terms.

9. Availability & changes

We aim to keep Nuptria reliably available, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may change, add, or remove features of Nuptria from time to time.

10. Termination

You can request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us at hello@nuptria.com. We may suspend or delete your account if you breach these Terms.

11. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss arising from your use of Nuptria. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for direct damages is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding twelve months. This limitation does not apply to damages caused by intent, gross negligence, or death, personal injury, or harm to health.

12. Warranty

To the extent permitted by law, Nuptria is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

13. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Estonian law. To the extent permitted by law, the courts of Estonia have jurisdiction. If you're a consumer habitually resident in another EU member state, this does not deprive you of the protection afforded by the mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your home country.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available at this address, with the "last updated" date shown at the top of this page.
